I have been wanting to enter this challenge for quite awhile, but just hadn't gotten around to it.  I really like how this turned out.

I used PTI's Ombre Builders for the Diamond shape wallpaper and added the little flower from WPlus 9 Fresh Cut Florals

I am a not a precise stamper meaning I don't use a ruler, but just eyeball, but on this one I actually used a ruler to draw the diamond shapes first.  My BFF was truly impressed caused she uses a ruler all the time.

I had embossed a small tree from Penny Black's stamp set but it didn't turn out good, so I had to improvise so that I didn't have to start over again.

Die cut the tree from white and DCWV Glitzy Glitter paper

My card for

Fusion 

I used the photo as my inspiration mainly with the pitcher and colors.  I had no mojo yesterday.  I worked on this challenge for 3 or 4 hours yesterday and still had nothing to show for it.  Finally, I said that's it, I need to go away.

Today thank goodness my mojo is back.  This only took about an hour to come up with something I could post and am happy with.

Ok, so I really struggled with this technique.  First tried to use the Round Repeats, but that didn't work for me.  I had to watch Dawn's video about 3 times and use her colors so I could place them correctly.

I watercolored with Distress Inks, Mowed Lawn, Peacock Feathers and Squeezed Lemonade and then set a Heidi Swapp flower stencil over the top but it really didn't show up.  I remember trying this in the Water Color classes and had the same problem.  Oh well, I think the background is pretty anyway.

PTI's Fabulous Frames and heart dies & Doodlie Do stamp and die.  I sponged the same 3 Distress Inks on the flower.

Some clear Wink of Stella in middle of flower and some pink bling.

The flower doesn't work as well as the butterfly because there are no see through parts on it.    I will have to try this with the butterfly.

I  watercolored with Distress Inks, Mowed Lawn and Spun Sugar and PTI's, Berry Sorbet and Classic Kraft on Art Impressions, Foliage and EZ Project A stamps.

I love this technique but have a little trouble with placement.  It's harder too because they aren't clear stamps.  Not sure if I have too much going on....
