CAS Mix Up August & Fusion Pastel Pencils

 

A second card for CAS Mix Up 

& a card for Fusion

 

I used both the sketch and the pastels colors.

This card was made with the alcohol inks using the ombre method and they turned out a little more muted.

Used PTI's Stylized Autumn for the leaves and some velum and Keep It Simply, Sympathy.

Oh my gosh it is so hot for us Washingtonians.  In the 90's for the next week or so.  Ugh.  So I am holed up in my air conditioned craft room and doing some crafting.  Yeah!!!!

Fusion - Chalkboard Baking

Entering this in the Fusion Challenge  

 

Saw this image and knew I had some leftover goodies from Birgit's 12 Kits of Occasion so made this cute card.

The chalkboard is PTI's Ocean Tides with sponged H/A Unicorn ink.  All the rest are die cuts from Birgit's kit.

My card for 3 challenges

 I messed one corner so had to cut it off so I wouln't waste another sheet of this pattern paper.

The initial paper is just the pink and white stripes and I added the rest of the patterns.

A card for Fusion 

MFT Pretty Poppies in PTI's Pure Poppy, Simply Chartruese and Memento's Grape Jelly, stamping once and then a second time for second generation stamping on Vintage cream and Rustic Cream cardstock.  Decided to add the vellum to soften up the poppies.

My card for

Fusion 

I used the photo as my inspiration mainly with the pitcher and colors.  I had no mojo yesterday.  I worked on this challenge for 3 or 4 hours yesterday and still had nothing to show for it.  Finally, I said that's it, I need to go away.

Today thank goodness my mojo is back.  This only took about an hour to come up with something I could post and am happy with.
