This week Debbie wants us to make a card with monochromatic blues on it.  Now blue is not one of my go to colors, but I am happy with how this finally turned out with a few tries.

I used PTI's  Gifts of the Season with CP Blues.  I used Broken China Oxide Distress Ink for the MFT stenciled snowflake background.

Kathy always seems to stump me with her challenges and she didn't disappoint again this week.  She asked us to make a Christmas scene and you think that would be easy, but wow I worked on this for 3 or 4 hours before I came up with this.  It went in so many directions before I actually got something I liked.  Great challenge Kathy.

Loll made a comment on my MM post and noticed that I used smooshing on my ornaments so was able to link up to CAS Mix Up Challenge.  I smooshed using Inka Gold & Turquoise. I also embossed, used dies and stamped.

I struggled with the copper/bronze but then finally found some brads in my stash that I hardly (never) use anymore.
