My card for the NBUS - A stamp set that has never seen ink before.
I used the Bokeh technique that I saw on Stamp TV
Stamps of Life Bicycle 2 Stamp
Hero Arts Shadow Inks, Pale Tomato, Grape Juice, Butter Bar,
& PTI's Spring Rain on Lemon Tart cardstock.
Colored in the bike with Copic - B06

Great job with the Bokeh technique. I have tried that technique a couple of times and still have not been able to complete a card that I liked. But you sure didn't have a problem with that technique with this lovely card you made. Great sentiment!
