The texture was again made with white embossing paste with drops of PTI's Spring Rain refill ink using a Heidi Swapp stencil.

That was so smart of you to stencil those cute stars...that is a technique I have never tried yet, but I plan to! Those are also really cute balloon dies...thanks for joining us this week at the Card Concept!
I am totally in love with your sweet clean & simple design! The colors are fabulous and the textured stenciling is 'too the stars & back' amazing! Love the tidy little sentiment banner that seems to 'anchor' the balloons...and keep them from flying away :)
