This is a little more layered than I usually make but I like how it turned out.  I used the twine behind my butterfly.  One of my favorite color combinations that I haven't used in awhile.

SAF 2017 8th Anniversary - Bronze with Jessica

This is the last card I have been able to create, but hope to do one more for the 10th Anniversary tin & aluminum .  We didn't do the 9th Anniversary - pottery.  

Col and I have certainly been scrambling cause we are already are 3 hours behind when PTI starts at 7:00 am.  It is 4:00 am here and we need our beauty sleep, you know.  We have pretty much been in the craft room for 3 straight days.  Today we are taking a rest from stamping and going shopping for my trip to Hawaii in September.

Seize the Birthday - Splatter

A card for STB using Splatters

I really have a tough time with splatters.  And I have tried using many different methods.  This one is using Heidi Swapp Gold Color Shine spray.  Even this one is  second try, but was happy how this one turned out

The stamp set is WPlus 9 Modern Anemones another birthday gift from my BFF, (she really spoiled me this year)  I used my Ziggs to watercolor.  Then used Nuvo Jewel & Crystal Drops.

 Our "Topping" option this time around is...

"Splatter"

A card for this week's MIM 

I used PTI's Beautiful Butterflies and Graceful Greetings Sentiment  and did the same for the butterfly as well as the sentiment.  I almost threw this in the trash because I wasn't happy with the 2 colors I used,   These were the DOX inks so I sprayed it and was able to get a salvageable background.

The stripes were MFT BG Diagonal Stripes that I stamped with CP black ink and got a perfect impression with one inking.  Love those inks.

CAS Watercolor June Challenge - Summer

This is a new Stamp and die set I bought yesterday at the Scrapbook Expo from Rubberneck - Butterflies are Free

Water Colored with my Zigs.  A strip of beautiful Sweet Mango Gina K foil on some of her Foil Mates.

We had such a great time at the Expo.  It wasn't as big as we thought it would be, but it's a good thing cause our pocketbooks may not have survived. Lol  The first booth we went into had all kinds of stamping goodies.  We were supposed to go to Impress for a Hero Arts day, but decided we spent enough yesterday and wanted to stay home to craft.  Can't believe how fast the time has gone, tomorrow afternoon she leaves.  😢
