Darnell's NBUS #2

My card to enter into NBUS #2
Ok, the last NBUS challenge I used a new stamp set but said I didn't have any old stamp sets that hadn't been used.  I forgot (on purpose?) that I have this set.  I belong to Stamps of Life Club where they send you a new stamp set each month.  Well, this is one that I am not too fond of so have not used.  Still not that thrilled with it.  I used Copics to color and had to fussy cut because I tried to add a little shelf at the bottom like all the designers do, but it turned out crappy, so had to cut out.  Added some sequins from Impress and called it good.

This is cute! Great sentiment. Brings back memories of my school days when My grandmom would make my lunch for me, and everyday she would say to me. "Don't you want something else besides peanut butter and Jelly?"

Well, I think it's darling, Lin! It would be a cute card for an anniversary or even a best friend. Hmm, you don't happen to have a best friend do you? Say one that you are going to Hawaii with? Just sayin'! Actually, I just noticed your countdown and can't believe you are down to 66 days! You two must be quivering with excitement!! Thank you so much for playing in my second NBUS Challenge with your ancient (? older?) virginal schtuff!! Hugs, Darnell

Saw your card on Darnell's challenge. This turned out sweet! I sooooooooo know what you mean about having to switch gears (like to fussy cutting) after something didn't work out as planned. It was great save, because this is a really fun card.

Well, I just don't understand what you do not like about these stamps...they are amazing and make my favorite sandwich too. I love the sweet look your jars give your card and to be honest with you, I love it!!!
