Color Hues is celebrating its 2nd birthday and STB is collaborating with Color Hues. I am joining the celebration with this card, which has really taken a sharp turn on what I was intending to do. Lol. It seems like I always end up with pretty much the same design and so finally came up with something out of my norm. I was determined to change things up a bit and finally came up with something I was happy with.
Happy Birthday Color Hues.
This can also be linked up to Darnell's NBUS because both stencils are new.
I used Gina K's Star Studded & Layering Confetti Stencils with her inks, Navy and Key Lime.
The butterfly is from Pink Fresh Small butterflies and the sentiment is from PTI's Birthday Bash Sentiments.
Thanks for stopping by.

A beautiful birthday card, Linda! Wonderful stars and pretty butterfly! Love the color combo, too!
A great way to use these colors, Lin! I especially love the background!
Well done, Lin! I know what you mean. Sometimes I find myself starting a design and soon realize it's very similar to a design I had just recently made. It feels good to change things up and keep current and you have done that big time with this festive birthday card in awesome lime and navy! Thank you for inspiring everyone at NBUS! Hugs, Darnell
Lin, I hear you loud and clear when it comes to design. I find myself being so predictable and it's hard to force ourselves into a new direction. I think you have succeeded for sure. I love the two totally different patterns on one card base, and of course happy you through in a "LIN" butterfly. Thanks for playing along with us at Seize the Birthday and Color Hues for our collaboration challenge, your card is so pretty!
Like the others, I think you've succeeded in creating a wonderful card! It's a great design--and one you can easily use another time! Love the sentiment and the pretty butterfly! Thanks for celebrating with us at Color Hues!
Linda your card is fantastic! I love the bold stars and how the butterfly takes centre stage! Thank you so much for celebrating with us at the Color Hues!!
You’ve been busy! Awesome card with these colour hues.
I think most of us tend to stick in our groove with cardmaking, so it is nice to break out now and again. Love the two contrasting panels, but linked by colour, and the pretty butterfly. Thanks for playing along with us at Seize The Birthday 🥳
