CAS Watercolour January 2019 & Color Throwdown #526

One card for two challenges.  

&

I used CP ink refills in blue and aqua to watercolor the white embossed snowflakes
PTI's Fab Flakes, Christmas Cheer sentiments.

Oh my...this is absolutely GORGEOUS Lin!! Your water colored background is sooooo pretty with the blue and aqua and I just love how you did the inner and outer oval frame!
