Seize the Birthday #300 - Jules - No Stamping

Our host for this STB challenge is Jules and she would like a card without stamping on it.  Come look at all of the inspiration created by our DT's and join our challenge.

I used Poppy Die Petite Blooms Flowers and sponged on color.  I had the foiled leaves and the sentiment strip in my stash.
