Yesterday was the first day of kindergarten for the triplets. And Tuesday, the boys had their first soccer practice. Very excited to watch them play. Rhonda and I have gone through Brad playing soccer from age 3 to a couple years in college. Needless to say, we went through withdrawals when that was over. Then we got to watch Avery play from about 3 to this year. She has topped out in the program she is in. Now the boys are going to play. Should be a fun year. Justin is very aggressive at home but not so much on the field and Connor was really going after the ball. And then there is Anna who is not able to play this year as she was at our house and fell and has a hairline fracture in her collarbone. So, no sports for her until Spring. She is a tough little cookie. It's going to be hard to keep her down for 6 weeks. She has a sling and is already running around being crazy and we are all yelling Be Careful.

The middle of August, we spent August 9-14 in Sisters, which is Central Oregon. It was a family vacation, and the older girls joined us. It was so fun getting to spend that much time with them.
They live up in Washington so don't get to see them very often.
They went tubing down the Deschutes River, walked in the Lava Caves, some hiking, swimming in the pool and of course shopping in downtown Sisters. The triplets love shopping for new Stuffy toys everywhere they go.
And to top things off Brad and Ramie have been moving into a new house. They moved from a house twice as big as this one, but they bought it because it has 5 acres, which is what they have been wanting. Hopefully, it will get them through a year or so and then will build a new house. It is still close to us in fact maybe 5 minutes closer. So, a great summer, and start to a new school year.
Thanks for stopping by.
