Balloons are such a festive symbol of birthdays! Love how you 'framed' them and the pretty colors just make for a fun card! PS: I may have to CASE this one when I can order those Birthday Baloons ;-)
Each is just so pretty! The balloons are just 'happy' feeling with the festive designs, and I especially loved #2's gorgeous flowers the way you've used them within the frame. Wonderful trio of butterflies with the glistening gold on their wings, and the hummingbird going after the drooping fuschia, just gorgeous. TFS
