The main color I used is PTI's Pure Poppy and added New Leaf.  The Stamp set is Wreath for all Seasons.  It is an older stamp set that I just got.  I really like it.

Freshly Made Sketches #54 - A Sketch from Jennifer T.

It has been a while since I have been able to spend much time in my craft studio, so I decided to play a little tonight.  I am planning on being in here most of tomorrow.  I really have missed creating although last weekend was one for getting together with family cousins that I have not seen for quite a while.  Saturday, my sister and I went to a baby shower to see one side of the family cousins and then on Sunday we had a pot luck get together with the other side of the family to see one cousin who was visiting from New York.  Of course we don't even see the ones that live here very often, but that day was filled with lots of talk and laughter visiting with all of the cousins.

Make It Monday #84 Reflected Sentiments - 2

This is my second card that I made for MIM #84.  I like how this one turned out much better than the first.  I used Big & Bold Christmas Wishes, sentiment set and Bells & Boughs stamp set in Pure Poppy, and threw in some Aqua Mist to match the Candy Cane Prints patterned paper.  The green was Memento's Bamboo Leaves. 

Make It Monday #84: Reflected Sentiments

This is my first attempt at this weeks MIM, reflected sentiments using All About You stamp set, in Raspberry Fizz, Hawaiian Shores and Harvest Gold.   I almost did not post cause I don't think it turned out that well. 

Make It Monday #83: Card Aisle Inspiration

We were to use a store bought card for inspiration to design our own on this week's MIM.  The second card was my inpiration.  I liked all the different sized boxes that were used on this card. I actually found it in my cards that I save.  It is hard for me to throw out cards.   I used Text Boxed, Butterfly Dreams, Mega and Gracious Vases, Asian Fusion, Double Ended Banners, and the Heart dies on my card.

I used Simply Chartreuse and True Black from PTI.  The stamp set is a miscellaneous set.  The button die is also from PTI.

 

 

Baby and Birthday Cards

Didn't get as much time in my craft room this weekend as I would have liked.  Here are the 3 cards that I worked on.  One for a cousin's baby shower next weekend and two birthday cards, one for my daughter 'n' law and one for my granddaughter.  The Heart 2 Heart Balloons and Hexagon is for Kyaa, my granddaughter and the Quatrefoil is for her mom Petrina.  Their birthdays are one day apart, the 20th and 21st.

CFC69: Create a CAS project using embossing.

I made this card for CAS-ual Fridays challenge using embossing.  I used the Spellbinders oval and embossed the edge which is kind of hard to see.  The flower is from PTI's Natural Beauties stamp set and I heat embossed it with clear emboss and then used a sponge with some Royal Velvet residue on it and then Hibiscus Burst and it gave me this pretty color.  The green is Simply Chartreuse.

Make It Monday #82 Cutting Stamps

So this is the only stamp set that I felt I could cut to make my card.  This is from Masculine Motiffs.  The pattern paper and cardstock are also from PTI.  Pretty simple card.

Dynamic Duos #19- Cajun Craze and Always Artichoke

My card for Dynamic Duos - #19 Using SU Always Artichoke and PTI's Orange Zest.  The leaf is Turning a New Leaf, flowers are from Rosie Posie, and frame is Framed Out #1.  Butterfly is from Pretty Peonies.  Die cut is PTI's Quatrefoil.  I just love that die....

A card for this weeks ColourQ challenge.  I used PTI's Blue Sky, Dark chocolate, Berry Sorbet and Harvest Gold.  The stamp set is Rosie Posie and I used the Quatrefoil die.  I highlight the roses with copics.  You can access ColorQ Here

I used PTI's Heart to Heart #3 with Raspberry Fizz and Orange Zest paper and ink. 

 

TREES COLOR TRENDS CHALLENGE - EMBELLISH MAG.

This is the first time entering the Embellish Magazine challenge.   The challenge was to use a tree with the colors shown that you can access:Here  I used PTI's Willow stamp set, along with Flower Fusion #2 and the grass from Daydreamer.  Colors are Aqua Mist, Harvest Gold and Spring Moss.  The brown is Hero Arts Latte.

Mr. Bones' Halloween Spook Out - 2

A second card for the Mr. Bones' Halloween Spook Out.  Again a miscellaneous stamp set, but Royal Velvet and Orange zest paper and ink.  Also used PTI's Double Ended Border for the sentiment and a couple of green jewel blings.  It didn't turn out as cute as I had envisioned.  Funny how that happens.

Mr. Bones' Halloween Spook

Here is my card for Br. Bones' Halloween Spook from Nicole's Blog on PTI.  This is a miscellaneous stamp set and pattern paper that I have, but I used PTI's Royal Velvet paper and ink and Orange Zest paper.  I hope to make another card or two, but don't have any PTI Halloween stamp sets.
