PTI's MIM #172 with Dawn Rainbow Medallions

Ok, so I really struggled with this technique.  First tried to use the Round Repeats, but that didn't work for me.  I had to watch Dawn's video about 3 times and use her colors so I could place them correctly.
PTI's Feather Finery in the same colors Dawn used.
