Color Throwdown #354 Using a Technique by Betsy Veldman

A card for Color Throwdown

Using a technique by Betsy from PTI
Sunshine2
Coloring one cluster of flowers, cutting them in half and then framing them around a sentiment.

PTI's Garden Grace in New Leaf, Aqua Mist, Classic Kraft & H/A Fresh Peach
I also sponged those colors on a piece of Linen card stock and then cut Keep It Simple Die banner so the sentiment is also framed in those colors.
Some Perfect Pearls and Stickles
