The Flower Challenge #8 CASE a DT Member

A card for The Flower Challenge is to CASE a DT Member

This is the card I selected to CASE by Tae-Eun
There is no way I could compete with these gorgeous flowers, believe me I tried but I didn't have a big enough flower and most of all my Copic skills are not nearly that good.
So I opted to go with the design, using my new Oxide inks to blend the two corners and then used PTI's Garden Gild Cover Plate to die cut it.  I die cut again so I could dry emboss the middle section
with a Cuttlebug leafy EF.
The sentiment is on PTI's Double Ended Banner with Keeping it Simple Get Well.

Thanks for stopping by.

  1. Beautiful CASE of TaeEun's card, Linda. Love the watercoloured, die-cut corners. Lots of great texture on this card. xx

  2. Wow what a beautiful card!!! Thank you so much for CASEing my card, Linda! But I think your take is much more beautiful than mine! I love the velvety color of Oxide inks! And your choice of the EF was perfect!

  3. Incredible card, Linda! This is the second card I've seen lately using that beautiful cover plate. I need to try & use mine again--never can get it to cut very well even with a metal shim.
