A card for this month's CAS Mix Up

The challenge is tone on tone using a stencil.  So happy to be entering a card for this challenge.

I used Taylored Expressions Rectangle Masking Stencil and then Magenta's Berry Branch with  DOX Cracked Pistachio ink.

A card for the Color Hues Challenge

Love when cards come together easily and this was one that did.

I used Gina K's Sending Love Stamp Set with CP inks 

After two weeks of smoky skies and air quality numbers in the 300-400's, we finally have air quality of 20 and we were able to go out for our morning walk.    So nice to see the sky and sun after so long.

I used MFT's Secret Santa and colored with Copics and added a little sparkle on the tree.

The sides are with PTI's patter paper white and Pure Poppy stripes.

CAS Mix Up September 2020 and Just Us Girls #552

My card for two challenges.  It's been fun to enter a few challenges this week.  It's been awhile since I have been able to do that.  Love when I can combine a couple of challenges with one card.

CAS Mix Up

I used a PTI wood grain die or impression plate to emboss the background on this cards.  It's really hard to see, but it's there.  I then used refill inks on wipes to make the background on these leaves, which are PTI's Meadow Greens.  PTI's Keep It Simple, Thinking of You white embossed on the black.

Wanted to try the technique that Gina K used in her last Wednesday's Stamp & Chat video.  Using re-inkers on wipes.  And it had been awhile since I entered Color Throwdown so thought the colors would be perfect for butterflies.
