Seize the Birthday #327 Shirley - Sweet Treats

I used an old MFT Beary Special Birthday colored with Copics.  Gina K's Iridescent Dots, pattern paper on my stash.

If you're not a toppings kinda person, well...you can just
stick with our usual "Anything Goes" Birthday!
