Seize the Birthday #266 Inspired by a Book

Good morning, crafters. Welcome back for a new challenge.   Glenda would like us to make a card that is inspired by a book.  I picked,
Around the World in Eighty Days by Jules Verne
Check out all of the inspiration by the team and join in the challenge.

I used Hot Air Balloon by Unity (I think)
Hero Arts Tulip Fields in Catherine Pooler Inks
MFT Cloud Stencil
Gina K. ML #1

If you're not a toppings kinda person, well...you can just
stick with our usual "Anything Goes" Birthday!
The choice is yours!

Our Surprise Party Guest for the next two months.  Please help me in welcoming, Isabella from Izzy Scraps.

Thanks for stopping by.

  1. This is really sweet, Linda! I would love to go on a balloon ride over the fields of tulips in Denmark. What a brilliant idea for a card!

  6. I think this was a fun challenge and I love how your balloon is floating over those glorious clouds and all the tulips that you can see as far as your eye. What a sense of adventure I see in the windmills. That balloon has a long ways to go to get around the world.
