The challenge this week on STB is hosted by my bestie, Colleen. She would like us to use a circle or circles on our cards. I was making this card and realized that it had a circle on it and decided to use it for my STB card.
I used a new Pinkfresh stencil and stamp set that I got when Col and I went shopping in a real Craft store. Delicate Floral Print. We had so much fun and spent about 3 hours in there. I made several of these in different colors which were a full sheet and was able to make two cards each.
The Circle is Colleen's that I had ordered for her from Gina K, called Lots of Dots.
Butterfly from Pinkfresh Small Butterflies stencil set.
Embossed with Liquid Platinum.
I am also pleased to introduce our newest Surprise Party Guest for the next two months. Please help me in welcoming, Isabella from Izzy Scraps. We are happy to have you joining us, Izzy!
If you're not a toppings kinda person, well...you can just
stick with our usual "Anything Goes" Birthday!

Fabulous card my friend! I am having a blast making a bunch of cards with this stencil and stamp set while you are away! thanks for loaning it to me. I love your colors and love that you used the circle for your sentiment with even more circles inside the circle for your circle card! Wow, that is a lot of circles!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card Linda. Love the colors and the layout.
ReplyDeleteThe stenciled flowers are dreamy! This is a wonderful card, Linda!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous card Lin! LOVE your design with the diagonal split. The flowers are so pretty with the soft colouring. LOVE that gorgeous butterfly. xx
ReplyDeleteLove the split design and the colors, Lin! Such a pretty butterfly too! Sounds like you and Colleen had a great time in the craft store!
ReplyDeleteThis is such a pretty image from the stamp and stencil set, Lin! The colors are so pretty!
ReplyDeleteSuch a pretty card, gorgeous colours and I too love the split design. Sounds like you'll be back visiting the store again soon :) Cathy x
ReplyDeleteWhat I really love about your card besides the beautiful butterfly and the pattern paper, is that you didn't have to make the circle the central point of your card. I like how you were thinking out of the box.
ReplyDeleteLove the card design! Your florals are beautiful!
ReplyDeletePretty card - love the soft coloring
ReplyDeleteThat is one of my favorite color combinations you used to color your stamp. A beautiful card. How fun to visit a real store. I understand the three hours inside! It's like a kid being in a candy shop.
ReplyDeleteSuch a beautiful card!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous card, Linda! I love the soft colouring of those delicate florals, and of course the circle sentiment.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous colours and fabulous layout. The pearls add a few more lovely circles too :).
