I was able to play in this month's Twofer Challenge
The theme this month is Your Choice. Beside flowers, butterflies are another favorite of mine and I haven't been making many butterfly cards lately.
The black and white is a technique that Gina K showed on her live video last week.
I used Rubberneck Butterflies are Free, Gina K's Sentimental Bouquet for the sentiments, Master Layouts 1 & 3 and Watercolor Garden PP, and her inks.
Thanks for stopping by.
Two absolutely BEAUTIFUL cards Lin!! Love the PP you used on the 1st card and how you inked up the butterflies to match...sooooo pretty!! And your black & white card is so elegant and striking...such a simple technique but oh so eye catching!! Lovely, lovely cards my friend!! Hugs. :0)
ReplyDeleteSuch beautiful butterflies, Lin! Love the classy black and white! The patterned paper and bright yellow butterflies on the other are so cheerful! Thanks for sharing with us at The Twofer Challenge!
ReplyDeleteSo besides those gorgeous butterflies, I have to say that I'm in love with that poppy patterned paper. And those butterflies have really ticked all my boxes - light, airy, elegant... Your 'get well' card will surely brighten someone's day. That's a great design! And I have always loved the elegant look of black and white cards. Your 'thank you' card is sincerely amazing. These are just wonderful. Thank you so much for joining us at The Twofer Challenge. Stay safe. Bev
ReplyDeleteThat strip of pattern paper is so pretty and the black and white is so eye catching. Two great cards for Twofer.
ReplyDeleteThat's a beautiful butterfly design and I love both cards, Lin! That pp and gold make your floral card so elegant and I love the striking look of your CASlicious b/w number! (I think you should be on Gina's payroll!) Thank you for playing in TCC #36! Take care! Hugs, Darnell
