I was honored to be chosen as the unconventional winner of Twofer last month and
The Conventional winner was Jenny
We both are Guest Designers for the June Challenge below:
I used Winnie and Walter Ring in the Celebration for my stamp set. The first is a kind of Bokeh birthday or any type of celebration card and the second is a Encouragement card using the circle for the wheels on the bike on PTI's Pedal Pusher stamp set.
Hope you come and join in on Darnell's fun Twofer Challenge.
Thanks for stopping by.
That graphic pattern is so stylish, Linda ... with a lovely softness from the warm colour palette! Clever use of the circle for the tyres ... puts me in mind of a mountain bike ... except that it's sweet and feminine with that delicious basket of blooms! Thanks so much for inspiring our players as our Guest Designer at Twofer! Anita :)
ReplyDeleteHow fun are these twofer's?!!! I love the clever way you have used your circle to make the bike wheels. Looks like it could be an all terain (sp) bike and I am loving the basket of flowers. It is a great encouragement card for sure. Your other card is so fun and festive for a birthday, loving the colors you chose for it. So soft and just pretty. Hugs, Brenda
ReplyDeleteCongrats on being one of our GD Lin! I love all the bright circles on your celebration card and love even more how you used those same circles for the wheels on your bicycle for the encouragement card! They are both FABULOUS cards Lin and it's so wonderful to have you playing along with us this month...thank you, thank you!! Hugs. ๐❤
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your win and designer spot. The circle card design is a fun one and how clever to use that circle as bicycle wheels.
ReplyDeleteThese are both so fun, Linda! I love the colors and the celebratory feel of the circle placement on your birthday card - it's like floating confetti! Fantastic way to use that circle for tires on your bike - I love it! Thanks for being our guest designer at the Twofer Card Challenge!
ReplyDeleteThanks for being one of our Guest Designers this month. Your circles are full of fun and its a brilliant move to turn them into bicycle tires.
ReplyDeleteThank you for being one of our Guest Designers this month, Lin! Once again, you have rocked the unconventional use of the prompt by using the circle perfectly as bicycle tires on your sweet encouragement design with the fun stars and sweet basket of flowers! And I love how you have placed it with other circles on your festive celebration design! Great coloring on both, too! Take care! Hugs, Darnell
ReplyDeleteHow clever to use those circles for the bicycle wheels, Linda! The circles make a very festive birthday card too! Congratulations on your GD spot and a fantastic nonconventional use of these circles!
ReplyDeleteLin, you've made the "two different designs" aspect of Twofer look absolutely effortless! These are just fantastic!! The bokeh birthday card, in those orange colors, looks amazing. I like the 'split' where you've added your sentiment - it gives great balance to your design. And bicycle wheels....now that is clever! They are a perfect fit for Twofer! Thanks for joining us as one of our GDs this time at Twofer! Bev
ReplyDeleteI love how you used the W&W stamp as wheels on the bike - very clever and a very sweet card! The bokeh card is so bright, cheery and perfect for a birthday celebration! So happy to be guesting with you:)
ReplyDeleteHey Lin - congrats on guest designing at Twofer this month! Love the circle you used for your bike and your graphic circle cards, both so wonderful and fun!!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the Guest DT spot - you've made 2 great cards!
