I was finally able to make a card for this week's MIM
I have been able to play in my craft room for 3 days this week. It's been in the 90's so perfect and the babies are on a working road trip with mom, dad & Avery, so we didn't get to see them yesterday. Miss those cuties. They get back today sometime so will be able to see them tomorrow. Yeah!!!
So, if you haven't noticed, I am on a aqua and pink kick lately. It started with a JUGS challenge using these colors and I really have like it.
PTI's Mix & Mat Confetti, and two oldie stamps sets both PTI, Butterfly Dreams and Garden Grace, Communique Curves
Michele's adorable card.
Thanks for stopping by.
Honestly grandma, don't know how you get any stamping done. Like you, I'd be on hand for grandma duty every chance I'd get! Gorgeous card, missed that butterfly stamp. Used the one from Quilted Summer on my card. Love the color combo of pink and aqua, and I bet I know who gets this card...
ReplyDeleteI love the framed, soft aqua butterflies, Lin! They make a beautiful background for those pretty pink flowers!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad to hear that you're staying cool in your craft room. Your card is beautiful! Aqua and pink look fabulous together. I love that you used butterflies in the background. So perfect!
ReplyDeleteThis is just so sweet...love your pale butterflies with those gorgeous flowers! Stay cool!

ReplyDeleteI am loving your pink and aqua kick Lin...this card is FABULOUS!! Those small butterflies make a wonderful background and your flowers are GORGEOUS!! Lovely, lovely card!! Hope you were able to get some extra lovin in on those babies when they got home...they shouldn't be allowed to travel away from their grandma until they're at least 2 IMHO!! Have a great weekend Lin! :0)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful color combo, Linda--can see why you're still using it! What a great idea to use the little butterfly for the petite image background--lovely card! Hope the road trip went well--enjoy your baby time!
