PTI's January 2018 Blog Hop

I was inspired by the balloon cones with the dots on them, the cake and the confetti.

 PTI's Confetti Toss, Heart 2 Heart #2, Paper Clippings Birthday and Birthday Styles,  My cake looks a little like the Leaning Tower Of Pisa, LOL
