A Rainbow Card - Still crafting with my friend.

I was going to enter this into The Challenge where there was an inspiration photo with rainbows in it but the key word was celebrate.  Oops.  I don't think this would work.  Love how it turned out though.  Used CP inks to sponge background.  Die is Memory Box is Lavender Butterfly
