Just Us Girls #361 Color Week with Nancy & Addicted to CAS #97 Stitched

After about a week and a half of mid 70s weather, we are stuck with a rainy, dreary day today and looks like tomorrow too.  Ugh, not ready for winter yet.  Great for playing in my craft room though.
It's been a few weeks since I have entered a card in JUGS
Nancy has a color challenge this week.

And I will also enter this in Addicted to CAS

MFT Flashy Florals in PTI's Pure Poppy, Memento's Dandelion, & Versafine Black Onyx
PTI's Noted Scallop embossed on front.
Some Clear Wink of Stella on flower centers
Border was made with MFT Diagonal Stripes BG stamp.
I struggled quite a bit trying to mask the flowers but they just weren't turning out, hence no masking on this one.
I don't know it might still need a bit more yellow on it?

Thanks for stopping by.

  5. Sorry that winter seems to be showing it's face! Tyler just got back from a HOT 95 in Dallas. I bet he wishes he had stayed! Love this card! Especially the subtle embossing! The black stripes on the bottom really make this card stand out! Super job and thrilled to have you in our gallery again at JUGS! HUGS!
