A card for Just Us Girls.
We are to use Vellum on our card.
This is a new challenge for me and the second time I have entered it.
PTI's Color Pops Butterflies, Mini Kit. Paper sheets are made to stencil in the first layer and then stamps for layering.
Added some sequins and Perlen Pen
PTI Colors, Simply Chartreuse, Ripe Avocado, Spring Rain, Blueberry Sky,
Memento's Lulu Lavender and Grape Jelly
