I really struggled with this card. May Blog Hop
This was the inspiration image. I spent almost 3 hours on this. Tried some smooshing, a whole sheet of the stamped cubes, bokeh, you name it I tried it. Finally, was able to come up with this. I like how it turned out. I'm really more of a flower girl, so had a hard time with wood blocks.

ReplyDeleteLove your sponged background!! Beautiful gradation of colour! (I struggled a bit with this challenge, too, so went with a technique I'm more comfortable with, and flowers!! Wood blocks kind of stumped me. Flowers are always safe.) So, good for you to branch away from "safe"!!
