PTI's 8th Anniversary - Day 4 - Build a Bouquet Challenge - And a Day Meeting with Fellow Bloggers.

Day 4 of PTI's Anniversary - Building a Bouquet
I just received my order from PTI and got the Stripes Diagonal Cover Plate and just had to use it over Aqua Mist Bitty Dots paper
Love the shape of this Basic Bookmark #3 which is fairly new for me also.
PTI's Ruby Reprise, Bigger Blooms & Friendly Flowers in Pure Poppy, Lemon Tart, Hawaiian Shores, Berry Sorbet, Orange Zest, Aqua Mist and New Leaf.
Ok I am trying to upload a picture I took with my phone that I emailed to myself and it keeps coming up upside down.  The picture looks right when I go to the file but ends upside down when I try to post it.  I get so frustrated because I am not very computer savvy.
Anyway to tell my story, Julie Ebersole was teaching a class at Impress in Tukwilla, WA and a fellow blogger Kimberly Wierner was taking the class.  She had asked if I was going to be there and I had said no, but I would love to stop by and meet her.  And that's what I did.  My 9 year granddaughter, Avery went with me and we met Kimberly along with Katie Brooks, Amy Tsuruta and Julie Ebersole We had our picture taken with Kimberly and Julie.  It was awesome to be in the same room with all of those talented ladies.  I really wish I could get the picture to turn out right side up and believe me I tried rotating it several times.

  2. Love this! I have this book mark die and have yet to use it. Not sure what I'm waiting for, this is perfect inspiration! How fun to meet up with such talented ladies. Hope you get the picture figured out soon.

  3. Beautiful card Linda (don't you just LOVE that bookmark tag?!!). I'm glad you got to meet up with so much talent, and feel your pain and frustration about the picture...I know just enough about computers to be dangerous, so I'm afraid I can't help you either. I usually go to my kids when I have problems, and they're usually able to help me out! :0)

  5. Your card is just gorgeous. I love how you used that cover plate and a bookmark die. Aren't they good for so much more than bookmarks. How lucky you were to meet some fellow crafters.

  6. Don't you love playing with your new 'toys'? Loving the bitty dots in aqua showing through, and the way you put together your bouquet.
Nothing better than meeting some of the wonderful ladies we've connected with online. Happy for you!

  14. I wish I had known!! I am in Seattle! I probably would not have been able to take the class but would have loved to meet up! :) So happy for you all that you did! As for the picture....blogger often recognizes the photos position as it was originally taken and will flip it for you. Try rotating the picture in your photo editing program back either 45 or 180 degrees and then re upload to blogger. It should load right-side-up. At least it works for me! Lovely card too my dear!!!
