Addicted to Stamps & More #132 Make your Mark

  
A card for Addicted to Stamps & More 
I used a technique from Jennifer McGuire which you can access Here 
Using Distress pens and Wink of Stella as the water which gives it this really cool sparkly effect, which is hard to see in the picture.  She even tells you how to get more out of your Wink of Stella pens by putting water in them after it is almost empty.
