Festive Friday #42 Red and White

 
It has been quite a while since I made a card for Festive Friday.  Click here to play along.
I made the background using PTI's Background Basics Super Stripes in Pure Poppy
The tag is from the new Tinsel and Tags stamp set.  The green circle is Simply Chartreuse from a Nestabilities circle die.
